Course Information
This course is for students with low English language skills and low educational levels. It aims to provide students with the necessary skills and qualifications to improve their English language, numerical and digital skills in order to be able to integrate into the community.
Progression
The course is structured to provide students with a high standard of training leading to the full QQI Level 2 General Learning Award.
Entry Requirements
To ensure that you are offered a place on a course which is at the right level for you and appropriate to your learning needs all applicants are assessed prior to placement on the course.
Certification
QQI Level 2 General Learning Award.
Attendance
This course is part-time over one year, four days per week. Start times are 11:30 and finish times 13:15 approximately, Monday to Thursday.
Eligibility
This course is free to all participants.

This course takes place in Balbriggan, Castlemill Education Centre
