What is Adult Education Guidance?
Adult Education Guidance is a service that helps adults make the best education, career and life choices for themselves. We provide impartial and confidential guidance counselling to adults who want to explore their education options and career paths.
Adult Education Guidance is a person centred service. This means the educational needs and career goals of each individual are at the heart of each guidance session. Guidance counselling sessions are usually one to one; however, group guidance sessions can also be arranged.
Who is it for?
We prioritise the unemployed, those in low skilled employment, people who left school early and students attending classes with the Adult Education Service.
The service is available to adults who are living in the local and surrounding community. Areas we cover include Swords, Balbriggan, Balrothery, Donabate, Garristown, Rush, Lusk, Skerries, Malahide, Naul, Portmarnock and Portrane.
