The Adult Literacy Service Balbriggan provides literacy, numeracy and computer classes in a confidential, supportive and friendly environment for adults who need to develop their skills in reading, writing, spelling, maths and using everyday technology. It is for those who left school early, are out of education a long time or have specific learning difficulties. We also support our learners to understand how they learn and help improve confidence around learning in general.
- Classes are offered on a one to one or small group basis with options to gain QQI accreditation.
- Applications are welcome on an ongoing basis but some scheduled classes have start dates in September and January each year.
- Our classes are student-centered, can be tailored to your needs and are FREE of charge.
